Bring Your 'A' Game AAU Summer Recap 2010

The "A" Game summer teams embarked on another successful season of summer ball. The two teams "A" Game T-Dot and "A" Game Canada brought their brand of athletic aggressive basketball to the Kentucky Run for the Roses National tournament, the Michigan Girls Basketball Report and the Philadelphia Quaker tournament to showcase their athletes to D1 coaches from all over the country.

'A' Game - Canada

"A" Game Canada continued its run of strong summer play. "A" Game Canada brought its speed and determination to the forefront as it featured a collection of midsize athletic guards. Highlighted by the aggressive perimeter play of Brianna Thomas, Rashida Timbilla and Ciena Walker and the blossoming skill of players such as Cindy Zhou, Rochelle Reece, Teleshia Riley and Kitchener's do-it-all forward Lindsey Lessard, the team started slowly in Kentucky but finished sixth in Michigan and went 3-1 in Philadelphia to end the year on a high.

'A' Game - T-Dot

"A" Game T-Dot's summer was highlighted by its inside punch of London’s Brie Wilcox, Brampton's Jose-Ann Johnson and Ottawa's Kim Pierre-Louis. It's frontcourt terrorised the glass and altered shots while T-Dot's developing perimeter players such as Sami Hill, Melesia Llewellyn, Brett Hagarty, Chloe Levy and Jenalyn Yumol competed against elite guards from all over the United States.

A-Game's future remains bright as it continues to successfully expose Canada's top prospects in the best showcase tournaments over the summer.
